The absolute worst flooring installers I have ever seen! Horrible Seams, pieces of carpet pieced together because they cut the length too short, staples because they couldn’t get the carpet to stay, ruined baseboards, I could go on and on. Why Lowe’s uses them is beyond me.

⚠️ Worst Flooring Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs! ⚠️ I purchased Stainmaster carpet through Lowe’s, who subcontracted the job to Floor Interior Services—and it turned into a nightmare. Before installation, I repainted my master bedroom baseboards so they’d be perfect with my new carpet. When the installer was “finished,” I walked in to find about 90% of my baseboards covered in black scuff marks and gouged with dents from his carpet kicker. When I contacted Floor Interior Services with photos, they lied—claiming the damage was already there. They sent me their so-called “before” photos, which were blurry, low-quality, and completely useless for comparison. One of the worst experiences I have had with a company. Had set up for 2 months to get new flooring, confirmed multiple times. Cancelled last minute (one day prior when they confirmed the day before that). Cost us thousands of dollars for what we had to move to prepare for it and now they are saying they can’t do the job-something that should have been told when they first came out (wasn’t new news for them). Now we are left scrambling to find another company to do the job last minute. Unprofessional. Highly do not recommend

Carpet installers were careless and had obvious disregard for my home. They damaged 2 door frames dragging carpet backer across them, put a gouge in my oak floor moving furniture, and tore apart the base of my bed rather than removing screws. They offered me a whole $50 gift card for what would likely cost $300-$400 to have professionally repaired. I attached a few photos. Do not use these Lowes installers.
