We're so happy with how our floors turned out. I had no idea what I needed or what to expect, but when I called they answered all of my questions and were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Somebody came out the next day to provide me an estimate. Price was fair and they put me on their schedule for the next available appointment. We absolutely love our floors they did such a great job! Customer service 10/10 Skills/knowledge 10/10 Would absolutely use them again and recommend to anyone for new floor installation.

I needed my wood floors refinished in my Maryland home. Hardwood floor refinishing is a craft which requires real skill. Floor Medic techs are the definition of skilled craftsmen. I admire the individual who is committed to creating through skilled craftsmanship such as wood working. I will be recommending this particular company to anyone looking for flooring in Maryland.

We hired Floor Medic to refinish the entire main floor and stairs of a home we purchased as a short sale. There was at least 3500 square feet of pickled wood floors (Rick from Floor Medic was the only contractor who knew what it was when we were getting quotes) that had been damaged by the previous owners who allowed their pets to pee all over the place. There were dark black stains all through the house. I was a little nervous at first going with Floor Medic because I had only seen one review of them here on Yelp. BUT, I was not disappointed. They came in within a couple of days and were able to get 95% of the stains up. There were boards in the dining room that needed to be replaced because the damage was too deep but they matched them perfectly and you would never know that there was a

I was very pleased with the work that was completed in my home and the job was impeccably done! Not only were they professional and timely and getting the job completed, but extremely experienced and what they do and I couldn't be more in love with my floor!! Very professional and timely. The hard wood floors in my home were completely worn out and beat up. They were finished my entire downstairs and the wood flooring looks as if it is brand new I didn't really think it would be possible and didn't expect such a great outcome. I would definitely highly recommend them they're very efficient cleaned up well when they were done and professional
