Floor N More

We had a wonderful experience with Floor N More. They were very helpful in efficiently measuring for our carpet. They installed the carpet as soon as it came in - a day earlier than scheduled. The owner helped us donate a piano to a local school by having his furniture movers bring it from our living room, where the carpet was being installed, to the school. I found this business to be very interested in earning our business as well as wanting to invest in the local community.

Floor & More Southalke*******BEWARE******** BEWARE Beware!!!!!!! This is as of 6/2024 We had flooring put in by Floor And More. They had to come back and replace it, and they did honor it and the floors look great. They mutilated my baseboards and they look awful. They won’t take responsibility. They said in the contract they’re not responsible for the baseboards I would’ve paid extra money if I known that for them to have somebody that knew what they were doing with the baseboards, painting and caulking ripped off crack they look totally awful and I’m gonna have to replace myself across the street Floor And More. They did not. They had the very same builder that I did read your contract and if you’re having anything done or they have to take your baseboards off to put the floor in. Beware

Sales staff helped us choose the material for our kitchen backsplash. Beautiful marble that accentuates the existing counter tops. Nice young man named Jonathan did a flawless job laying the marble tiles. We love it!

First, of all, I would like to thank the "Floor and More " team especially Ulises to help us get to the floor that we wanted. Before coming to the shop we have been shopping around for almost a year and a half and were not able to come to a decision. I like how Ulises G explained to us the differences between all the floors and help us navigate to make a decision that was perfect for us. The whole process was easy as Ulises come home took and measurement and next day emailed us the cost details. We went back and front several times and he was always patient and flexible. And finally got us a good deal. After signing the paper, the contractor (Israel) come to install the floors to our house at an exact given time. They were very humble and professional and took care of our belonging. It was

Shockingly poor installation. The installer laid stained carpet that had multiple defects in it and covered a large spot up by putting one corner in a closet. We did eventually get our money back but not without a heated argument with the store manager about ethical principles and having integrity. Also the manager would not give us our money back until he received reimbursement from Shaw (the carpet manufacturer) first. Very disappointed in this business and the principles by which they run it. We will not do business with them in the future.
