Floor To Ceiling Carpet One Floor & Home

We recently (October) had flooring installed by Floor to Ceiling Carpet One, and unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning. Before installation, I specifically asked an employee, Brian, whether floor vents at a tile-to-carpet transition would be an issue and was assured they would not. However, the tile installer, Roy, later acknowledged they were a problem and proceeded with installation anyway. As a result, two floor vents at the transition cannot sit level and remain unresolved despite multiple requests for correction. The installation also created a serious safety hazard when a stair nose was left with a loose carpet flap. I personally tripped on it, and after struggling to get the company to fix it, we had to hire and pay another contractor ourselv

Stay away, they don’t guarantee their contractor’s work, they don’t have the best contractors, and the only good thing is the product isn’t bad. The guys didn’t drop the flooring off the day before the let it acclimate, one guy was high, and one guy just kept saying he wanted to go home and play video games. Once they leave you’re on your own, the only dude on the crew worth anything said if the floor lasted four years he’d be surprised. Hasn’t lasted 3, now I’m paying more to have it all replaced because they couldn’t be bothered to do anything properly. If you go with this company make sure you check every little thing with a micrometer because once the contractors leave you’re on your own.

We love our lvp floors! Tyler was awesome to work with and it was great to take samples home to make sure the color was just right. The installers also did an incredible job. Highly recommend!

Communication was quick and helpful! The installers were very friendly and did an AMAZING job, got our entire basement done in one day and even vacuumed up when they were done, which we haven't had anyone do before! Didn't leave scratches all over our walls like a previous company we had hired. Highly recommend, will hire again if another flooring project comes up.

Upon my arrival to the store I was greeted by Daisy. She answered all my questions, helped me pick samples that would match in my kitchen. She wasn't fake kind, it was real, and I appreciate all her help, as I had no clue. She educated me and took care of me! The installers Rich and Nathan are perfect gentleman! They also are hard workers and produce high quality results!! They did an amazing job in my old home! It is very easy to see Rich is a real pro and knows what he is doing!! I can't believe how good the floor looks! Amazing! Thank you everyone!!! 5 stars!!!
