Floor to Ceiling Store - Hayward

Working with Deb to pick out the finishes for our new home was easily the best part of our building process. It was almost like she could read our minds, she understood our taste perfectly and helped us narrow down choices that felt exactly like "us." Her communication was incredible. We especially appreciated that if she wasn’t going to be in the showroom when we wanted to stop by, she would leave out samples out on the design table so we could double-check our choices. Honestly, we joked that even when we had to pick out items that weren't through Floor to Ceiling, we still wanted to call Deb just to get her expert opinion.

Jill was awesome to work with. We now have bubbles in two (now three) different spots we discussed. The service side of the business hasn't been the greatest at all. Had the manager and a sub come out almost 5 months ago, sub said he'd call me back soon (5 months soon enough?) to come and fix it. Not to mention, I've been trying to get anyone to show face, or even care about their service, for over a year and a half since new installation was done. The carpet sub did a poor job and even the manager said the same thing. Again, Jill was awesome. Everything else has been absolutely garbage.

We ordered all of our flooring and tile from Floor to Ceiling. Jill worked with us from the beginning to the end of our building project and responded quickly with any questions we had. She had our budget in mind while making our selections. This helped us immensely as they have a large selection. Jill was knowledgable, patient and offered helpful design ideas. We will go to her for future needs and would highly recommend her!

I did a total remodel of my main floor, and I really needed help with choices & options. Jill helped me tremendously! She was very knowledgeable, and great help with decision making!
