We had an absolutely incredible experience with Floor Co! They were timely, completed the job right on schedule, and their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Steve, Alex, and Anthony were true professionals—friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making sure every detail was perfect. What impressed us even more was how they went above and beyond by coordinating with painters, tile experts, and plumbers, making our entire renovation process seamless. It took so much stress off of us knowing they had everything covered. I cannot recommend Floor Co enough. The FloorCo. team was fantastic to work with! Anthony is a wonderful salesman and Alex is a fabulous project manager, very knowledgeable and has great suggestions. Love the flooring and also very appreciative of the guys coming back to finish the baseboards in the washroom, which were originally done poorly by someone else. I can’t believe the excellent service from Alex and his team gave me. They fixed (replaced) my kitchen floors and utility room floors when they got wet from water heater leakage. We recently had FloorCo install new laminate on our entire main floor and we can not recommend them enough! FloorCo put an emphasis on communication and quality workmanship which made this entire experience by far the best we have had with a flooring project.
