My experience at Floorcraft was exceptional from start to finish! Rob and Teresa gave me solid choices in the showroom and were very knowledgeable about the product I chose for my kitchen floor replacement. The team sent to install was wonderful! They worked with great care for my cabinets during the removal of the multiple layers of old flooring and cleaned everything up beautifully!! Rob followed up promptly to check on my satisfaction - it was so much different from the last flooring install through a big store - such personalized service is hard to come by these days. I love the bright new flooring and will look forward to my next project with Floorcraft I highly recommend!

Working with Floorcraft on my replacement flooring project was painless. Measurement and quoting was promptly completed after my initial inquiry and the demolition / installation was scheduled when it was convenient for me. A minor negative was that the installers got a little sloppy around one of the floor register openings and the cutout edge of the new flooring is just visible when the register is installed. There were plenty of planks remaining so this was fixable. Despite this minor issue, I wouldn't hesitate to call Floor craft for my next project.

With the help of Rob and the gentleman working the front door. I picked out my new carpet fairly quickly. The whole process was laid back. Rob is very easy to work with and goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are happy and satisfied through out the whole process. He even followed up after the project was finished to ensure we were happy. Our new carpet looks great!!!! We would highly recommend Floor Craft to anyone. We will be returning customers when the time comes for the next project.

We had a phenomenal experience with Floorcraft. From help with flooring selection to follow up after job completion, Rob and team were excellent to work with. Installation was done extremely well and the team was professional and skilled at their craft. We are looking forward to our next flooring project with Floorcraft.
