FloorCraft

From start to finish my experience with Floorcraft was excellent. The wait time to have it done was quite a few weeks but that was disclosed right up front. They are busy because they do good work and their product and service is in demand. Chris was our installer and he was awesome and meticulous. He laid the Hickory Wide Plank Flooring down so that the natural variances in the boards were nicely spaced out. This way there was not five light planks next to five darker planks. Hickory has natural variances and he made sure the final floor looked amazing. He also was relentless to get out some annoying squeaks due to old sub floors installed by the builder years ago. Thanks to all at Floorcraft from the showroom floor to the final install. All super professional!

Gorgeous restoration! Thank you! Update. Still gorgeous. I made a huge mistake and allowed another company to install tile in my kitchen and entry because they supplied the cabinets. I sure wish I could have had Floorcraft do the floors!

The customer service was top notch, the communication from the sales team was second to none, and the install team made our visions a reality. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. Will definitely use again on our next project without a doubt!

Chris repaired our water damaged floor. He did an excellent job as he had done originally installing the whole house flooring previously. Tom and Ken planned and coordinated the work professionally as usual. The showroom is very nice with pleasant and helpful staff. I would highly recommend FloorCraft to anyone needing flooring or carpeting.
