Flooring 101

Best carpet and flooring store. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. There were so many choices thank goodness for Erik. He was able to make some very good recommendations so instead of sensory overload we were able to choose from several different in our price point which they have many. They are coming by in the next week to measure. Much of the flooring they sell is in stock. You can see below some of the myriad of choices. Thanks for making this process easy.

They Don’t Honor Warranty. I mailed in a warranty form - you have to mail it, no other option. Andrea called me a month later and said they didn’t have second page (weird because I sent them a two-sided copy) and they would send me an email to resubmit. They did not send me an email. I called many more times and every time they asked for my name and then said Andrea would call me back. She never called me. One time she answered and said she would call me back. Every time I called and asked for Andrea, there was a long wait, presumably while they looked up my name so Andrea could avoid my call. It is a tiny issue - I can’t imagine how bad it would be over a big issue. Update: they called me after seeing review and came and fixed the floor.

Excellent! I was determined to install the flooring myself but Erik explained everything that had to be done and persuaded me to have it done professionally - so very, very glad l did. Gary did any awesome job and was quite jovial even after his foot went through my rotting subfloor! Can't recommend these guys enough!!

Everything about this project from beginning to end I couldn’t have done without the help, guidance, professionalism and consideration I received from Erik and his team from Flooring 101 in Ventura!!! I will be referring any and everyone I know to them! We purchased LVP by Lux in- Fox & Hound and had the living room, hallway, both bedrooms and laundry room done! The quality and attention to detail exceeded my expectations! Let me just say the prep work and installation was so fast and flawless… they went above and beyond to make sure it was installed to the highest standard. I’m just so excited and impressed I could go on and on! If you want new floors go to Flooring 101, you will be so happy you did! - Thanks from Agassiz & Family!!!
