Flooring Avenue

Flooring Avenue has been wonderful to work with. I have purchased backsplash tile from them in the past and recently laminate flooring. They installed the flooring and Solomon did a great job on the install! Very detailed in his work. Micah and Jon were great to work with. Would highly recommend. Great family owned business. Very personable and willing to help with selecting product. Very knowledgeable about their products.

I had Flooring Avenue replace an old tub/shower combo with a new walk-in shower. They were easy to work with and their workmanship was outstanding. There were issues with the plumbing and although Flooring Avenue did not cause the problem, they made sure it was fixed correctly. I love my new shower and I highly recommend them to anyone considering a new or remodeled kitchen or bath!!!

We recently had a project completed with Flooring Avenue. What a great experience! From picking out remnant slabs for two matching vanities, providing a laser scan to ensure proper fit, being able to tape out a rough template to ensure the quartzite finish cut is oriented to our preference, and to an on schedule perfect installation we couldn't be happier.

The owners and staff are genuinely friendly and take the time to walk you through different flooring options. They’re knowledgeable, patient, and make sure they understand what the customer is looking for. Under normal circumstances, this would easily be a five‑star experience. Unfortunately, the problems began once we actually placed our order. We ordered our flooring well in advance and clearly communicated that we needed it within about six weeks to align with our contractor’s availability. We were assured this would not be an issue. However, when the expected delivery date arrived, no one reached out with an update. Each time we called, we were told the delay was on the shipping company’s side and that the store was trying to get answers. A winter storm did eventually hit the Midwest

We had a wonderful experience with the team at Flooring Avenue from Brenna, sales, to all the installers. They are knowledgeable in the products they sell and helped us make the right choices for our flooring, kitchen counter, kitchen sink and total remodel of one of our bathrooms. We love the finished look and we would use them again. So happy we found them. Note: Our kitchen cabinets were not replaced.
