The builder of my home used this company to put in floors and complete warranty requests. There were several warranty requests that were filed within the warranty period & the flooring company doesn't want to honor their workmanship. They placed flooring on top of loose framework during the build. They came out twice to repair after the close and never completed repairs correctly. Flooring should not be coming up after one month in a home. Additionally, some places were found not to have padding when the floors were pulled up. They did a terrible job on hardwood and carpet and refuse to correct it.

Flooring Design Group installed the flooring in my home when it was built in 2011. By 2016, carpet was bubbling in multiple rooms despite the foot traffic, and hardwood was popping under foot, in several different places unrelated to each other. I reached out to FDG for a repair quote since they were the original installers. Out of four quotes total, their quote was the most expensive by hundreds of dollars. They were also clear they'd offer no guarantee on the work quoted. If I were to buy a new home, my first question to the builder representatives would be to ask if FDG was the flooring subcontractor. If so, I'd pass on the homes all together. The level of wear after five years to now is unreasonable.

The most garbage people I have ever seen in my life. It's impossible to reach them, they did my house few years ago and now even they don't tell me the information about the hardwood which they used! Very rude people and cheap service. Don't mess with them.

FDG failed to let hardwood floors acclimate; therefore, we have popping floors in certain areas. They only guaranteed work for a year even though their install was poor.
