We recently updated the flooring in two bathrooms and installed a new shower, and Flooring Designs exceeded every expectation. Tori did a wonderful job helping us find the exact look we wanted — her eye for design and genuine care made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We were so impressed by the team’s timeliness, attention to detail, and overall craftsmanship that we returned a few months later to have carpeting installed throughout the rest of our home. Once again, the experience was exceptional. We highly recommend Flooring Designs to anyone looking for quality work and a team that truly cares about getting it right.

Received quotes from multiple retailers, looking to minimize shipping costs. Flooring designs took my quote and said they would return my call shortly and never did. So I tried again and they again said they would return my call shortly and, again, they never did. So the third day I called and the woman on the phone told me they had no intention of giving me a quote because they could tell from their "system" that I had previously purchased flooring from a different retailer. Then she hung up on me. I didn't even get a chance to explain to her that the other retailer has had a staffing change and my representative is no longer with the company and their responsiveness is also bad. So, just so you know, if you go through Flooring Designs, this is the kind of rude treatment you can expect. I

Tina (and Tori) are the absolute best. They work so hard at getting you the best of all Options when talking budget and quality. I know I’m in good hands when I’ve worked with them (both in bathroom, business, and carpet now).

Absolute nightmare! Flooring Design / Coyle misrepresented both their product and installation. We experienced many issues with their uncertified subcontractors. When we brought issues up to be addressed Flooring Design would not correct or take responsibility. Now we have to hire someone to fix there mistakes. I wish we would have taken the warning from others not to hire this company for our new construction build. We simply have been cheated! Runaway from this company and go to either Nonn’s or Sergenian’s.

We went to Flooring Designs in 2018 to purchase the existing hardwood in our condo so the living room carpeting could be replaced with this hardwood. No problems. We worked with Sarah who was prompt in communication, professional, and helpful. We decided in 2021 to replace the carpet in our master bedroom and den and again worked with Sarah who was knowledgeable and prompt in communication. The owner came and measured and ordered 30% more hardwood (5 boxes) than needed and wanted to charge a 20% re-stocking fee when he measured and it was his error. We eventually received a refund for the flooring but had to ask for a refund for the labor to install the flooring also. At the same we ordered the hardwood we ordered carpeting for our steps, family room and 2 bedrooms in the lower level. Th
