Great experience from start to finish! Alan was immensely helpful and very responsive. He was able to work within both our budget and our schedule. The installation crew was extremely professional and did an excellent job with both removal of the old flooring and installation of the new. Highly recommended.

I worked with Alan to choose the carpet for my stairs. Since timing is an issue for me, Alan kindly called multiple vendors to confirm their carpet availabilities and the ETA for the delivery. Fortunately, the carpet arrived on time and my contractor can install it as scheduled. Everything looks wonderful! Thank you Alan and hope to work with you again in the future!

Nice looking store, great service, great prices. I could ask for no more! I recently had my stairs replaced from carpet to hardwood. The installers finished the job very fast and efficiently. The owner was very nice, professional and helpful through out the job, and he did his best to make sure the job will be done on time since we had a trip planned right after the installation. We also had a bedroom carpet changed as well before this, and I posted the pictures on yelp! Loved it! I found their special thanksgiving deal on the clippers magazine, and I am very happy of what they offered and how they performed the job!

I went to Flooring District expecting the gimmicks, $1000 suits and "used car salesman" tactics I'd experienced at some competitors. Instead I was greeted by an informed sales person who didn't make me feel any pressure, asked me to sit down and have a coffee while we looked at different hardwood options. He also explained the different trims and transitions I would need. I purchased the material there and my contractor installed it. Very happy! Would definitely recommend!
