We used Flooring Essentials for the flooring portion of a recent kitchen remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I worked directly with Dyaa, and everything from start to finish was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was clear, scheduling was on point, and the install quality was excellent. The floors turned out beautiful and really elevated the entire space. As a contractor myself, I pay close attention to details, and their team absolutely delivered. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring work.

I would like to thank Dyaa and the Flooring Essentials team for an outstanding job on the installation of new herringbone hardwood floors for the entire 1st floor of our home. Below are examples of where they shined: —Preparation: They handled all of the furniture moving and did an outstanding job of preparing our home before beginning the construction. This included covering the kitchen cabinets, countertops, shelves, and furniture with protective plastic to protect from dust. —Quality carpentry: My wife wanted floors with a herringbone design, and the design and pattern was continuous throughout the entire first floor. Dyaa was exceptional to work with from start to finish! He helped us select beautiful wood flooring that matched our countertops while staying within our budget. What impressed us most was his dedication to customer service - even though we sourced our own tile, he went above and beyond to help us find colors that would complement the overall design. As our general contractor, Dyaa managed the entire project, including interior painting, old flooring removal, and new flooring installation. His cost and timeline estimates were accurate and fair. Beautiful floors at a great price with quality installation! Dyaa was a pleasure to work with - he was very honest, transparent, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. During the replacement, we uncovered some patches of previous water damage, and Dyaa and his crew handled everything perfectly to make sure our floors were installed the right way. I love my new floors! I had ugly carpet from the builder and wanted to get it out asap. Went to a few floor stores and had a few quotes for the work.
