Dashaun was so knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in our quest for new flooring. He was patient and listened to what we wanted and needed and was very responsive in communicating. He ordered samples in, came to our house, measured, and gave us a great price with interest free financing. The whole experience was great! We went with Mohawk Revwood Laminate in Sand Dune and can't wait to get them installed and enjoy them!!

The product selection is great, but the staff is even better. Dashaun helped me through the entire flooring process from selection, to install, and finishes. He never dropped the ball and provided the best customer service I've had in a long time. His attention to detail and my needs was like a thing of the past, when customer service meant just that. I once asked him if he'd ever considered going into politics...and I meant that in the best way possible, because he was all about the people! I cannot say enough about my experience at Flooring Expo. The entire process was so easy, start to finish. I filled out the form on their website for a free estimate and within minutes I received a call confirming the appointment time I requested. Dashaun from the Apple Valley store was right on time and brought samples with him. Once we chose the LVT we wanted for our master bath, the process went very smoothly. The flooring actually came in 4 days early and the install was scheduled. From start to finish, it took just over a week. We could not be happier with the quality of the flooring we chose. Dashaun was great to work with at Flooring Expo. He came to our house with samples, measured quickly and was able to get a quote on the spot. I opted for a Mohawk SmartStrand carpet with 1/2" pad. I did receive another quote which was less, but Dashaun matched their bid. The install team was courteous, on time, and treated our home and furnishings like their own. Our whole home was completed in one day. Highly recommend!
