I had an excellent experience with King Flooring installing the floors in my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized. Didier, the installer, did a flawless job. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and work ethic were outstanding, and the final result looks absolutely perfect. I hired Flooring King to install flooring in my townhome, and within a month of installation, I began noticing cracks throughout the floors. I immediately reached out to the company multiple times regarding the issue. They sent out a third-party contractor (as they do not have their own installers) to inspect the flooring. The contractor agreed that the floors needed to be repaired. However, because they no longer had the original flooring I purchased, the repairs were never completed. It has now been almost one year since installation (March 9), and the cracks are everywhere. The issue was acknowledged but never properly resolved. Horrible experience, we installed the first floor 2 years ago and it started breaking 3 months after first use. They blamed it on the installation but gave us the material for free and we had to pay labor to remove the old floor and install again. They even gave us the “better” commercial grade material the second time around (see the result in the pictures). Less than a year from installation we have many broken, cracked, chipped and warped boards. It took months of back and forth to replace the first time around and needless to say we won’t be using their material or recommended installers anymore. I do not recommend them, even if they are the cheapest around.
