Flooring Liquidators

After our water heater failed. We hired Northwest Restoration to put our home back together. After 9 months we noticed our floors buckling and breaking at the seems. We contacted NW Restoration who denied responsibility and said we were out of their warranty. We had purchased our LVP product from then Gary's, and began working with Flooring Liquidators to resolve the flooring that was pealing up. Our original contact at Flooring Liquidators initially just avoided our calls and only responded when we stopped by the store in person and said he was working on it. After 7 months and that manager leaving Flooring Liquidators they informed us that he had never taken the steps to investigating our flooring failing. I have used Gary's Floor & Home 4 different times in 3 years. For carpet, vinyl , and laminate. You can not ask for a better company! The sales manager Randy is caring and patient and provides fair and competitive pricing. Their team of installers are hard working and always professional, on time, and excellent at what they do.

Don't let them fool you. Same terrible company, Gary's Flooring, hiding behind a new name. They left a bunch of us "Gary's" customers high and dry on warranty work, just to change names and start screwing a new batch of victims. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Store manager Randy was the most knowledgeable and kind salesperson I have ever met. He guided us through the renovation process every step of the way and communicated every detail of our very complicated job; tile take up, hardwood installation, carpet and baseboards…. I would give 10 stars if I could! In our 50 years of marriage, my husband and I have never dealt with anyone better.

I have used this company for three separate properties. The first two were rentals and the carpet was “stock” . Both of those went without a hitch. I decided to use them for a personal home project and selected custom carpet that needed to be ordered. The first part of the installation was fine, but we were painting so the stairs couldn’t be installed right away. When the installer came to do the stairs, (a different installer) it was found that there was not enough carpet left for the project. There is also a floor plug that was cut too big. It has now been more than two weeks and I still don’t have carpet on my stairs. No install has been scheduled.
