What a great experience I've had using the Flooring Liquidators in Yuba City for my recent flooring project! I not only had great customer service from Brandon, but I also got a great price and a discount for being a Veteran. The crew that installed the flooring was awesome too. Ben, Karen and Paul, the installers, worked so clean, were very professional and hard working. I'm expecting my new flooring to last my lifetime, but if I ever need to get it replaced... We’re fairly new homeowners and hadn’t even considered redoing our floor but our water heater had other plans for us. Our home is in a development and had the basic, bottom of the barrel, laminate flooring. Such bad customer service. I called in to replace my kitchen flooring and spoke to who I assumed was a manager since he said “I haven’t changed my install rates in years” anyways, I needed a quote done on my kitchen, he said he’d have the guy who was on the other line call me back within an hour to see if he’d come by the same day and if not then the following Monday…no call and no show.. come Monday afternoon I call back and speak to someone different and ask when they’ll be out, they took my information as I gave before and put me on hold. The manager answered and said he doesn’t see my information anywhere, then says they could come out within a couple days but it would make the quote faster to give if I came in to get samples of what exactly I want.
