Nick and his team did a great job. We had our hardwood floors that were previously covered by carpet refinished and laminate flooring installed in our kitchen. The team was always on time, very communicative and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Nick was also very thorough and knowledgeable when explaining the process. Thank you!

Nick was the only 1 out of 4 flooring companies who said my painted hardwood floors were “no problem” to refinish. Everyone else said no. Nick was communicative, asking me my opinion on different problems that came up through the process, sending me pictures to help me decide what I wanted to do about broken boards, being clear about differences in cost, etc. He even sent me a video of the fill-in troweling because we discussed how much I enjoying watching TikTok videos of floor refinishing. Flooring Miracle also installed a brand new floor in one of my rooms that was missing flooring. That floor is also beautiful, and they even stained the quarter round molding to match. Our floors look fantastic! Nick was very knowledgeable and professional, but most important he was honest and didn't try to oversell us which we greatly appreciated. These guys were AMAZING! We have oak floors that were always covered with carpeting by the previous owners; but after several decades, carpet padding residue and their pets' accidents took a toll. The one bedroom with completely different carpeting really required some muscle getting up some crazy adhesive (a day's work unto itself 😵‍💫), and the hallway needed to be ripped up and reboarded. But they blended it seamlessly into the back bedroom. We're ecstatic with the results!
