I’m very disappointed in this company. After spending all my time, picking out the type in color of flooring, which took hours with TRACY, the GM we had the flooring finally picked ,the price, and the time set. They were supposed to bring the material the following day, then I got a call from TRACY saying it won’t be until The next day which made it two days. They never did show.lThey called me at 5:15 pm, After keeping me home all day waiting to even hear from them. He then calls and tells me he is coming around 8pm. Then at 7:15 pm he calls and says he is not coming. The worker had three different stories to say why not. They just took my time and wasted my time of three days. I decided to cancel by message on the phone since no one would answer the phone. I never heard back from any of

I highly recommend this company. My wife and I bought an older home in Surfside Beach that needed floor work, both tile replacement and hardwood refinishing. The amount of care put into the job was top notch, and the end product is beautiful. At one point during the process my wife and I had picked out a stain for the hardwood floor. Instead of just mindlessly doing what we said, Jaime called us during the process to ask if we might want to consider simply displaying the finished natural wood of the floor, and texted us sample pictures from the site. We changed our minds because the natural wood was better than the stain. The first installer he hired did not put the tile in to his satisfaction.
