We were forced to use this company as they are one of the contractors for our warranty tickets. We’ve been out of our house for a week and this just a few of the things I found with in seconds of walking through my home. Not to mention my wife had to tell them to stop installing flooring and the guy that works there disrespected my wife. This company doesn’t deserve any sort of business they don’t know how to install flooring and don’t know how to deal with customers and have now prolonged our warranty repairs even further. If you ever see them run away and don’t let them anywhere near your home as they don’t care. By the way the guy said this was “in tolerance” I’m sorry but when I bought my house I couldn’t stick my whole hand under a floorboard. Worst company to deal with by far. please

The absolute worst flooring and tile company in San Antonio area. Avoid it at all costs- Our builder used this company for a new custom build and we regretted it from the horrific bathroom tile job that had to be redone twice to the wood flooring installed incorrectly by not using a moisture barrier adhesive underneath our wood. This company does not follow manufacturer guidelines for installation and then blames the homeowner for defects- ie. Your humidity is too high in your home or you have poor drainage. Steer clear of your builder wants to use them.

Great selection, horrible execution. We are forced into using this flooring company for our new custom built home. We made repeated requests through our project manager to give our engineered hardwood flooring time to acclimate to our home. Not a farfetched request for a flooring company, right? Wrong. Not only did they deliver and install the flooring, they did it all on the same day more than likely because they know we visit the site regularly. They claim the flooring "was acclimated in a warehouse that mimics the exact environment of our home." Anyone with brain matter sees right through this. They are the tile and flooring installer for our new home. Our master bath has poor quality install with sloppy grout work. Tiles and grout cracked with some settling and we've been trying for over 2 months to get them out to repair under the warranty. Poor/slow communication!

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DESIGN CENTER! They provided inaccurate information regarding important details and did not take responsibility for their actions. I requested an upgraded tub for my dream home, and when I inquired with Brianne Clark, she stated that the tub was the same size as the standard model, with the only difference being the addition of jets. This was concerning to me, as a larger tub was a key requirement from the beginning. Trusting this information, I agreed to proceed with the standard tub. However, after returning home, I became uncertain about the details provided. I followed up with Brianne to obtain exact measurements of the tubs.
