This company has been OUTSTANDING in all aspects from the receptionist who took our phone call to the sales people that discussed our order, made sure that the shipment happened in a prompt manner, and offered other suggestions to make the process go smoother! Flooring Solutions did an excellent job of matching and patching carpet tile that was installed years ago in our commercial building. Kudos for excellent record keeping and being able to locate and order the product. We’re also very happy with the installation — it was timely, efficient, and a very clean job.

Great experience with this company. They are quick to respond and take initiative to handle any issue that may occur. Personable and professional. My floor looks amazing. This was the second time I had them install carpet and I will continue to choose them.

I am surprised this business is not open on at least a Saturday. With the hours they have a person would have to take off of work to shop at their location. We are heading out today (Saturday) to pick out carpet and secure a date for installation. This is for our home in S. Bethany and wanted to support a local mom and pop business. Unfortunately they could not afford us the opportunity.
