Tried to call to get a simple price for carpet squares. The automated phone system kept having me press 1 to connect... okay... then I was answered by some corporate phone center that asked several questions about email, phone, etc which have nothing to do with finding out the price of a product, which then transferred me to another phone system, asking me for the same info I've already given, but also to press the same buttons I already did the first time. Why wouldn't you just have a real person in the storeanswer instead of the garbage I just had to go through? I will never do business with this company, which is owned by 'empire today.'
