We had a great experience from start to finish with Flooring USA! Kyle in the store was excellent at helping us find the right flooring and Marcelo and his crew did an amazing job with installation. Everyone was very professional.

Reserving my explanation: ..........Update And here it is....With out going through the blow by blow here goes.. I tried to do the "local business" thing and hire these guys but...... Installers (Rodney & Blake) were great! In the end floors look good. HOWEVER......... Business end of this company needs some work. I was very disappointed that the person I was dealing with completely pushed me aside and had the "office girl" ( she was very nice person) be my contact point because, he did not want to deal with the fact that I was not happy with their (mis)communications, or lack thereof, effecting my job and causing my job ,that was supposed, to start on Thursday MORNING TO NOT start until 2 in the afternoon because they had to find a new install team.
