So quick, professional, and kind! I was so distressed trying to find cleaners who can fix the pet odor and soil my previous tenants had left. They came in and fixed up my 16year old carpet and tiles! 100% recommend!
I called Floorpro Hawaii to clean my carpet, furniture and tile last minute and they scheduled me for the next day service which was amazing. When they arrived they were very professional and friendly. They helped me move a couple tables off of the carpet and gave me something to put under the legs so I could put the tables back after the cleaning which was very nice. Randall and Sam explained to me the process and what to expect as far as the cleaning was concerned and an idea of how long it would take to dry. Everything came out great and smelled great as well. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be calling them again!
They did such a great job! I'm not showing pics, as my dog just killed some kind of big bird in my house...it's gonna be easy to clean up though, now that randall got it sorted out! Sweetest people!
