Edward G. with Floors for Living Baybrook was awesome to work with. We had to push our install date back multiple times due to us not being ready to install, and he was always so quick to respond and gracious. The process was super easy and we LOVE our floors!!!

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Service We chose Floors of Living in League City thinking we were going with a reputable flooring company, but the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. They made a big deal about how they would move furniture and protect our home during installation. I even provided tarps to help — but they didn’t use them. Worse, they broke three dressers in the process. The legs were bent, and one dresser no longer closes properly. If they had just told me to move the furniture myself, I gladly would have. They also left leveling mud splattered all over the walls — luckily we were repainting anyway, but it showed a total lack of care. Had my floors done on one side of my house with luxury vinyl planking. About 1000 square feet. The crew spread mud over the current tile floor, smoothing it out so there were no seems, put padding and then the vinyl planking. It came out excellent. I can't believe they finished in one day. They were very professional, cleaned up well and we are very satisfied with the installation.

Excellent experience all around! This was our second time to use floors for living and we will continue to use them for all our flooring needs. From Janice the manager at the Baybrook Mall location to the gentlemen who came to install-everyone was professional and hardworking. The floors only took 2 days! They earned a customer for life.

The tear-out of the previous floors was a big undertaking, and we’re pleased with all the preparation they did to ensure the new floors would be nice and level. Beautifully done and neat as a pin when they finished. We highly recommend them!
