Do not use this company! Had flooring installed in May, ValuFloors (FLOORS) damaged several areas of my baseboards as well as charged for things they did not provide. We immediately contacted them via email and phone and never received a resolution or even a call back. Issues: -damaged baseboards (see photos), this is the result of sloppy removal. -caulk was not removed with a razor blade resulting in damaged drywall and ripped paint. -they charged us for new quarter round but reused our old quarter round (this charge was eventually removed but it’s unprofessional that we were charged for something not received). -charged for transition piece around fireplace, this was not done and our old transition was thrown away. Now we have to replace this out of pocket. -chipped and damaged door fr

Highly recommend this vendor. Had a mix-up with my builder. They are using 2 different color floorings in my new community. I was told my home had one color so I purchased multiple boxes. When my handman went to install, it was the wrong color. Called ValuFloors and they exchanged all of my flooring for the correct color next day. Looks absolutely beautiful. Staff at ValuFloor was incredibly helpful and understanding with my problem. Cant tell you how much I appreciate them. Will definitely use in the future. So HAPPY with the finished product.

My experience here has not been good at all. Floors not connecting correctly coming apart and when they can back to correct the problem it looks worse now than it did before they attempted to fix it. I would not recommend this business until they have better flooring and better services ce and better communication. I have bought floors for many houses and thought I would try Floors and have regretted that decision. Go somewhere else. Still not fixed by these people. These people still haven’t fixed my floors and probably never will. Love hearing my floors pop when I walk across them, my fault for ever picking this place

The quality is excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. A big thank you to Dawn Clark—she was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made sure I got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great floors and great service ! 👏

We recently had the pleasure of working with this amazing flooring, tiles, and countertops company. They have a vast selection of products. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding of our needs and preferences. They do offer installation too, although we are installers, so we did not require this specific service. The floor we chose is a wide plank (natural color) and it looks awesome. I will be posting photos once installed. Their products seem to be durable and high-quality, but also the customer service is important to us, and I have to say they were very patient as we went back and forth with the choice of flooring. We worked with Tim, but all of the guys there are very helpful and accommodating. If you're in need of any flooring, give them a try.
