This company likely solely relies on its business with large home builders. As I learned recently after having sustained damage to some of my floor tiles, many other flooring companies will not do repairs on floors that were installed by another company. This means that if your builder used this company, you will be reliant on them for repairs. I had a very minor repair that would have taken less than an hour or two to fix. Instead of taking my money and doing a repair, I was told that they were "too busy to ever" do my repair. Mind you, I had already called over 15 different companies looking for someone that would do the repair. If you're in the unfortunate position of having to deal with this company, I would certianly take initiative in doing followup phone calls. Spent days being told

We moved into our home a year ago and we have had issue after issue. The quality and craftsmanship is not lacking, it is completely non existent. The flooring has by far been the biggest headache. First the upstairs carpet was installed using the wrong tack strips so we had to have that fixed. A few weeks later my son was playing on the stairs and was able to stick his hand between the threads because they had just pieced pieces of carpet together instead of using long runs. Now the LVT on the first floor has to be replaced because it was installed without the moisture barrier in place. The floors are buckling all throughout the house. I bought a new home in Katy Texas about a three months ago and this company is the one that does the floor work for kb homes. I have no clue why this company is still doing work for them because the tile work that they did for my new home was horrible. They have come to my home to fix the issues with the floor tile at least four times and still they have not completed the work or resolve the issues I have. The workers they send out to do not speak English. I don't speak Spanish so why send out someone I can’t even communicate with. Plus everything they do is always half ass. I’m so tired of this company. I have been trying to get my floors fixed since May 2018!!! I was told by Diane that someone would come out.....TWO different people did (one was supposed to a supervisor) and the observed what needed to be fixed. I NEVER heard back so I called back spoke to Diane.....she continued to give me the run around.....saying the two different people didnt get back with her. Then months go by and I called her again and she said a "supervisor" would call me back.....well WEEKS later a guy called of course he had an excuse saying he was given the wrong number!
