Trucks entrance... must enter trough the 2nd driveway so they won't be backing up on the blind side... very narrow backing up space.

Stayed home on 3 different occasions. No call, nothing. No shows each time. As I waste time and vacation days, what do they lose? Extremely livid. No attempt to make good or compensation for 3(three) failed attempts. Why have an appointment setup, If you're not going to honor it or the customer. Once, ok but three times?!!!!! Disappointed

Bought a new home from Pulte in the Hill Country Retreat. That was our 1st mistake. Floors Inc installed our tile 2 years ago August 31,2020. We have been waiting 2 years for them to get out here and fix the pin holes in the grout, and the rough grout with pieces of junk in it. Also door caulking at base was broken and missing for 2 years. Same SUB contractors came today with nothing but a rusty blade and two plastic zip lock bags with wrong type of grout. Kicked them out. Just beware when choosing your floor company.

Unloaded half a trailer. In & out. Parking situation is a nightmare. Docks built for U-haul size trucks not 18 whls.

Terrible they took like 5 hours to load me one pallet of floor
