Our floor installation was subpar. In the end, one of the managers confessed that they had issues with the installers on our job as well as the job following ours. In addition to the poor installation, the installers did not put in the transition pieces the first time. Then, they didn't show as scheduled in order to finish the job. When the transition pieces were finally installed, dried glue was visible on the sides of the transition pieces. We paid someone else to fix it due to all of the issues with the installers. Also, the installers put a ding in our new refrigerator. They did replace the refrigerator, but the new refrigerator has uneven doors and some missing parts. Floors N More renovated our home after a flood we had just before Christmas, 2016. After the water remediation, I was interviewing contractors for renovation. I did not realize that Floors N More even did renovations. I contracted them about flooring through their website and Steven Larsen called me. Within an hour they had Steve Powell measuring the job for a bid. We ended up accepting their bid and they were able to begin work immediately. Steve and Jared and their crew were great. It was a big job and they worked quickly to help us get back in to our house as quickly as possible. The house looks awesome now. Even better than before the flood. Thank you, Floors N More!
