We had the best service from Floors Plus... From the time we entered the store at NIXA till the time the guys Rick and Jessie and there was another worker the First day and I forgot his name. They were great from start to finish. These guys did an excellent job. they only took 1 short break each day. I appreciated their hard work and expertise. I Love the flooring!!!!!! Thank you all for your timelessness, Friendliness, Timing and Expertise. 🥰

Floors plus was amazing!!! From initially looking at the products, they suggested even higher quality products that they could get us into for the same price as the ones we were looking at, and then they were able to install within a couple of weeks of placing our order. Rick and Jessy were absolutely amazing and did all the hard flooring in our house in just two days. They were really great guys and did a lot of little extra things to make sure our floors looked the best. They even alerted me to a problem with my dryer vent that I wasn’t aware of and was a potential fire issue. These guys really cared and it shows. Thank you to the whole Floors Plus team!!! Rob (the owner) is top notch explaining process, taking measurements/quote. Communication was initiated by owner always. I never had to call to get updates. Reminders sent. Rick/Jesse (installers), superb communication, polite, courteous, professionals.Clean up after install was excellent. Superior product vs. BOX STORE. and they will tell you why. 30 year warranty. I will never have to do this again. LVP snap floating floor in our basemesnt. We have 3 dogs, this will be easy to clean. I went ahead and pulled off baseboards, de-nailed, re-stained. Looks brand new throughout. It was easy to move most furniture out of their way so they focused on install, not moving furniture/removing baseboards.
