Poor quality control, very high turnover... Had a worker who told me he was getting fired and promoting his new flooring company. Unprofessional. Had some issues with their work, they refused to come back to fix it. A very short warranty of a year on their labor, prob bc the quality is so bad. Most flooring warranties go up to 3 years, 10 years, 25 years.. reported these issues to the company, refused to fix it even though I paid. It was my job as the customer to have the guy come a THIRD time to fix all of his mistakes🙄 (stain not matching, stain all over the drywall, messing up my baseboard molding they fixed, painting, etc.) Shocked they're still in business!

Do not use for hardwood floor installation. Refrain from letting the initial sales consultation fool you. Like all experienced sales rep, they are smooth and say the right thing. However, when it came down to the actual installation, the quality of the work was unacceptable. I'm not sure where they get their "skilled" labor, but they are far from skilled in hardwood installation. So many post-installation issues with squeaks and rough cuts remained even after someone came out to fix them. The way they moved the furniture around and the dust they left was unacceptable. Please do not use them. You won't be happy unless your only criterion is price.

This company should be named Floor Unpros. Terrible install and even worse customer service. Returned multiple times to “fix” multiple problems, before abandoning truly fixing the shoddy install job. I hope this review saves the reader time, money, and the displeasure of dealing with Joel the sales guy. Note to this dodgy company: when you are hired to do a job, do a good job. Don’t shrug at the customer with “not OUR problem.”

What a great experience I had w/Joel. He arrived always on time & gave us a fair evaluation of what we needed to have done to our stairs. He also put us with the right crew to make sure they matched the floors w/ the stairs as they were in good shape unlike our stairs. Gabriel & Miguel were prompt, super clean & did a beautiful job on our stairs. Joel communicated & stopped by multiple times to check in & I appreciated that kind of service. Highly recommend.
