FLOORS & WALLS

I called for an estimate on putting in a floor. A living room only. I have my furniture moved already and put on one side of the room, 7 pieces only. They told me it would cost 500.00 to move furniture when I already did it. All they have to do is move it from one side of the room to other to finish the floor. I will put the furniture back in place. This was a red flag for me. Don’t go here.

Alex was very helpful with picking the right floor pattern and color. Installation went smoothly. I would highly recommend. Prices are reasonable. Floors look great.

Fantastic experience start to finish for a novice tile consumer. First hello with Phil and Dave was a pleasant experience of education and support. Alex was great with contacting me to coordinate my project with Victor for installing a tile shower and floor. Victor was extremely professional and respectful with timely clear communication about the project and went above and beyond helping me to select tiles for the project. The install from Victors team was completed on time as discussed and the results are wonderful!!! Loved my entire experience with the tile and floor team at Floors and Walls.

Our experience with them started great. The woman was really helpful in choosing a floor. We were told they will call when the floor gets to the warehouse. After us calling them for weeks they said they found the order and it had been sitting in the warehouse for several weeks. We ordered a Mannington floor and we were told that it came with a 50 year warranty. While installing the floor, we realized several of the planks were defective as they didn’t have a complete finish on them. There was a line where the finish stopped. We brought the tiles back to floors and more and they just said we will have the Mannington rep call you. The rep has been completely unhelpful and unresponsive. I just think it’s hilarious that they are telling customers about a 50 year warranty when they can’t even f

Super nice people, excellent customer service! My parents went in to order a bound piece of carpet and got another area rug at the same time. Prices are very good, the people are very helpful. It’s very nice to have a great locally owned business so close to home.
