I felt a good vibe right from the get-go, and Murphy did not disappoint! We purchased our new home while still living out of state so everything was done from afar. Murphy coordinated the entire project and most of it went off without a hitch. First the flooring technicians ripped out all of the old carpeting and dropped off the 1/4 round trim pieces. Then the painters came in and painted the entire home. Once they were done the flooring techs came back and did the flooring install. They dinged and dirtied up some walls and the painters had to come back and repaint a few areas. Murphy fought for us and we got reimbursed for the extra paint charge. We used Floortech to install a carpet runner on our stairs and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Murphy managed the project and was great to work with- helpful, timely, and had great communication. Our staircase is angled and has tricky details but they were extremely precise and attention to detail was noticed. It turned out beautifully and has transformed the space. We were thrilled with the entire process and the finished product. We will definitely be working with them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

Wow. I enjoyed working with Murphy and the installers. They were professional, punctual and paid great attention to detail. They were extremely flexible when we needed to set up different delivery dates and times due to unforeseen circumstances. They finished ahead of schedule. Meticulous tiling job on our project, great communication skills, pleasure to have the craftsmen in our home. Randy and Dan were very respectful of our property, skilled and we are very happy w the results. We have used Floortech for carpet, LVP and tile w excellent outcomes.
