If I could give them no stars I would. I went through Home Depot to have my floors done and it was not a good experience. I had to call them back to have them to fix minor stuff and they sent one of their workers with and attitude. He came in slamming the quarter rounds on my floor and all and he damaged my floor. They supposed to send someone back to my house to fix the that spot underneath my dishwasher but nobody ever showed up. Home Depot needs to find a different flooring company to do their installation of their floors. Don’t hire this company to do your floors!!!!!!!

Installers were great... However I would NOT recommend this company due to POOR communication. They only have one goal and that is to take your money. Once they're paid you will not hear back from them. I even reached out to the owner and got a defensive email off back when that was not the reason for contact. He did not even attempt to call me or anything...He assumed I was contacting him to be negative and did not even care to hear anything I had to say. (which was positive feedback about his installers) Customer Service is everything. I went through Home Depot and it hasn't been a good experience. Save yourself a headache.

This is our second time shopping with Floorworks. Price, Selection, and outstanding Service. Everything you will ever need in laminate and hard wood. Thanks again Joe for treating us like family. We'll keep talking to our firends for more business. The Parks Family
