Flora Lawn

Over the past few months I was having an issue with an area of my yard that was constantly saturated. I thought it was a leak in my sprinkler system so I called Floralawn on Monday. The lady on the phone was wonderful and put the work order in for me stating they would be out in 1-2 weeks. Oscar showed up on Wednesday and was very quick to find a clogged drain that we didn't even know existed. He did a wonderful job making sure the drain was thoroughly cleaned and flowing well. He was very professional and I appreciate him telling me what I needed in order to keep this from happening again. Thank you Oscar!!!

After years of less than satisfying landscape maintenance, Floralawn finally came through. I sent a second work order because I was so dissatisfied with the performance of the first crew. The area supervisor dispatched another crew that were both professional and knew exactly what to do to make the area look beautiful. Unfortunately, this crew was not our normal crew. I've requested a change and hope that the powers that be can accommodate our area.

Not sure if this is the same Floralawn that I deal with, should change name if didn’t company due to the bad work. Destroy property constantly with no accountability or action.

Very unhappy customer. I moved in July 3 and Flora Lawn had done the landscaping for my new build house. Within a month half the plants were dead. I put in the first work order #53593 on Sep 7. They said they were working on it. Luis Melendez was put in charge. However, nothing ever happened, and Melendez stopped responding. So on Oct 2 I put in a 2nd work order for the same thing and mentioned the first work order was apparently dead in the water. Work order 54883. Again I got Luis Melendez, he wrote the plants would be ordered in the next couple days and planted within 3 wees. Three weeks passed and nothing. Oh wait! Some one from Flora Lawn did put a notice on my door saying they were sorry to have missed me. What? I was home the entire day--they didn't ring the doorbell. And

This company does landscaping throughout our community, contracted to Lennar. (Storey Creek, Kissimmee) It's horrible how our landscaping looks. The grass is the cheapest on the market and is full of weeds on all sides. They do not do the corresponding maintenance in our houses. It is definitely a waste of money from our HOA.
