Out of many places I called in laredo he answered the phone...after speaking with him and him questioning what the problem was he then asked for my address. I then spoke to his daughter, she said he was searching on Google for the address. The way she spoke to me was that he was on his way out the door and he will call right before arriving do I then went to the bank to get cash for his repair service...the man never showed up or called and not a word till this day. I guess some people just don't want to work. Anyways 2 thumbs down for Flores appliance !
Mr Flores went above and beyond to help me with my dryer. Truly grateful for such an honest man.
