Showed up and I explained what i wanted and how the lights operate. I provided them the complete kit with the directions included. I had to stop them once they started because they started wrong after explaining it. I also explained that the bracket should secure the lights. I understood it’s a lot of lights and even told them to just secure every other light with the brackets so that it wasn’t so time consuming. They finished the first floor and I had to climb on the roof to show where to run the cable and how to make it look neat when they started the second floor. It initially seemed like things were on track and looked good. The next morning I go to look at them not less than 24hrs and I noticed the end lights were not secure by brackets and now hanging since the adhesive had failed. A

Rodrigo and his crew did a phenomenal job replacing my roof. They also made repairs to the interior of my home which also sustained damages from the hail, and rain. The team was very professional and they treated my home as if it was their own. Highly recommend.
