After subscribing to the service, I was sent an email asking me questions I had already answered when I signed up. Then I heard nothing. I called and had no idea I had reached the business as they said, "Hello?" I spoke to a woman who said they would be out Thursday. Thursday came and they never showed. But, an email was sent by them earlier in the day saying I still needed to subscribe to the service and could come out the following week but the email was not professionally written. I called to discuss the confusion during business hours and received no answer. I sent a lengthy email explaining my experience as a new customer and requested to cancel my service.
