I have A/C background, but I NEVER work my own stuff. Nor am I licensed in Florida. Great Job Florida Comfort Air Conditioning Co. First time servicing my unit. The past company I’ve been using have missed the problem the last two times I had it serviced. It was an obvious problem and Florida Comfort serviceman took the time and found it. Takes a lot to impress me and they did. Unit running a lot smoother now. PS - Don’t ask about the problem, really not the point of this post.

Every and any time we need help with our HVAC Florida Comfort Air Conditioning has been phenomenal to work with, from the person that takes the phone call to the tech that does the service or repair. Ty was our technician and he's been here before. I love that he remembers our system and any service he's done before. He is super friendly and willing to explain anything in layman's terms to a non HVAC person like myself. When we are not able to be at home Ty always calls and sends pictures of everything he does. Florida Comfort Air Conditioning are reliable and trustworthy.

Thank you for sending us Ty. Both he & Jason are very knowledgeable & efficient and took the time to explain what had gone wrong with our ac unit. Ty worked very hard today to get our ac back on. We so appreciate your very well trained technicians.

*UPDATE* I talked to Jason (general manager) the following day. He started off by screaming at me, all while I was just trying to have a casual conversation. Started accusing me of lying and hung up on me 3 times after he started to see that what I was saying was true. I have video footage of the rep in my house and multiple recordings both speaking with Jason and the Owner (Adam). Be warned about these people. I used them originally because they do have good reviews but if something goes wrong with the service they provide, they will blame you and treat you with total disrespect. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Tech came in for a maintenance emergency that was due to a leak in my ceiling from the past rep who came out and “fixed” it 6 months ago. The new tech was trying to argue with me about it, wh

Chris really helped fix our air conditioning and I appreciate his time and dedication. Also, just a very personable and friendly person. Great company to work with.
