We have used this company for almost a year now and are reasonably happy with our service. They are very attentive and courteous. Austin is great! If you have any issues with anything at all please do not hesitate to ask for him. Also our unit is running better than ever!

Florida Cool has been great. Hammad Ali has been to my home twice. His demeanor, warm personality, and the fact that he did not push us to sign up with Florida Cool is the whole reason we ended up moving forward with their company to install our new AC system. Andre was the one who installed our new one and he was great, patient, and worked nonstop. Austin, the manager, responds and communicates in a timely manner and is clear, making sure that I understand everything. So far, I am satisfied with their service.

Had a new thermostat installed. Yuri was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had purchased a Nest thermostat. He recommended that I not use that one and get an Ecobee instead. So I ran to Home Depot while he went to another job, then he came back and installed the Ecobee. I'm glad I switched, it was good advice.
