Corey is responsive and Always is positive with a smile. Justin is the best and has always been in great spirit to help with any problem.

Very rude and completely ignorant clerks at this store in Gainesville. I am trying to replace 16" flex duct for a manufactured home (which isn't sold at Home Depot) and after first speaking to the helpful people at Baker's 800 number, they said if an item on their site has a price you can buy it and either have it delivered or pick up at the counter. without having an HVAC LICENSE. So I called this local Gainesville store and the first clerk told me I can't order anything at all w/o a license, very rudely. I explained what the Baker rep. said, and he said he'd have to check with his "guy". Another CLERK came on the line and just said, even more ignorantly, "we don't sell to homeowners go to Home Depot", and abruptly hung the phone up. Real professional. We visited Florida Cooling today for some parts., as we have many times, they offered curbside pickup which is convenient. When we arrived there were no signs to indicate how to let someone know that we arrived. After waiting for an extended amount of time, I proceeded to go inside to inquire and was quickly yelled at by sales associate Kevin for going inside to inquire. We got what we needed but I was a little steamed at the way that I was spoken to. There is never a need to speak to anyone in that tone, never mind a customer. It was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. Needless to say we will not return.
