FCM, did an outstanding job in the removal and placement of my quartz kitchen countertops. The two gentlemen who arrived at my house were very professional and knew without a doubt their job. During the process, FCM kept me informed on each step. I personally want to thank Jay Thompson (point person) and the two installation gentlemen for a job well done. I would highly encourage anyone desiring kitchen renovation to see out FCM, they know how to treat the customer. As a USN retiree I give them a Bravo Zulu. Will definitely be seeking them out again for future projects. My kitchen looks like a brand-new kitchen. v/r Proud Veteran.

Florida Custom Marble was amazing! A contractor referred us to them after being ghosted by multiple vendors. We had a fairly small job in a mother-in-law apartment but the service was five stars all the way. Went back & forth with Gabi over email and she was very helpful in finding us an attractive option within our budget, and every step of the process was efficient and well-managed, from first contact through measuring and installation. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and the end result is fantastic. We'll definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone. Thanks!

I Am extremely happy with my new countertops and the workmanship of the Florida Custom Marble employees. I thought I was going to have to replace the backsplash but the measurements and installation were spot on. They look great and I would not hesitate to recommend this company or to use the again.

If we could we would give FCM 10 stars! We love our countertops – they are beautiful!!! The entire process was expertly done. They were extremely helpful with making sure we were informed through the whole project through phone calls and emails and were quick to answer any questions we had. We were impressed with how efficiently they scheduled the measurement and set an appointment for us to view the slab that was being used and then to schedule the install. The installation team were highly skilled, professional, informative and cleaned up inside and out. After the installation was competed FCM reached out the next day to make sure all went well and that we were happy with the results. FCM was excellent to work with on our kitchen island. Great communications throughout. I went to their facility to examine and approve the material. Everyone I interacted with there was courteous and professional. Though this was a small job (for them) they made me feel it was as important to them as their largest projects. Installers went above and beyond when they saw my existing quartz backsplash needed caulking, offered and did caulk it for me. (Totally unexpected and appreciated.) Looking forward to working with FCM again.
