Hired them to put epoxy in my commercial kitchen floor. It lasted about six months and then the floor failed. When I called them, they blamed my subfloor and said they don’t warranty their work. They offered to come and patch, but they said the floor would fail again. What I (Or anybody ) would’ve expected is any subfloor concerns would’ve been dealt with prior to the final coating So as to not affect the longevity of the product. I assumed I was dealing with a flooring contractor, and that was my bad. I don’t even think it requires a license for Epoxy so these guys are not bound by the same covenant as a flooring contractor. They’re nice enough guys, but based on this experience I would avoid them. I’m now going to rip out the entire floor and have a flooring contractor redo it and
