Today 02/24/26, I had Neil James from Florida Energy Water & Air come out to replace my water heater, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, Neil was an absolute professional—pleasant, diligent, and truly exceptional at his craft. He arrived on time and immediately put me at ease with his friendly demeanor. As he worked, he patiently explained every step of the process, making sure I understood what was happening. He carefully shut off the water to the home, located the correct breaker for the water heater, and then got to work with precision: cutting and removing the old unit, measuring, cutting, cleaning, gluing pipes, wiring everything correctly, and installing the new one flawlessly. We selected this company because it was recommended through Lowe’s, and we expected professionalism and reliability. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. After receiving a quote, I was explicitly told by sales representative Shannan Winemiller that if I provided my credit card before 1:00 p.m., installation of the water heater would be completed that same Saturday, and between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. Based on that clear assurance, I proceeded with the purchase. Great product! (Water filter ) Works very well. I did not appreciate the lack of organization of the installation. Also I had to have them come back multiple times to fix the wall outlet they installed. However Jessica was amazing she actually listened to me as I was having issues and did her best to have it resolved quickly and smoothly. She’s organized and efficient and super communicative.

The Tech they sent out was very experienced. He was easy to talk to, and he explained how he was going to replace the water heater. After it was installed he cleaned the area. 5 ⭐️
