Years ago I had an insurance claim for water damage caused by a leaking pipe and were referred to FEB by our insurance company. We were very pleased with that job and since then we have used them for several smaller jobs; always pleased with everything. When we decided to remodel our Home Theater, we asked for an estimate. The project included building a new wall unit, incorporating our bookcases into the unit, re-carpeting the room and installing our new large screen TV. The price quoted was very competitive and since we have always been pleased with their work, we decided to go with them. I’m disappointed with my experience with this contracting company. The repairs they completed were faulty, and despite multiple attempts to have the issues corrected, they have refused to take responsibility or honor their work. Communication has been poor, and follow-up promises were not kept. I expected professional accountability, but instead I was left with the same problems and no resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting reliable repairs or customer service.

On October 9, 2024, our home was seriously damaged by a tornado. Our insurance company suggested a program, Contractor Connection, that they partnered with. The idea is that a contractor would be assigned to act as a project manager and an intermediary with the insurance carrier.
