I highly recommend Florida Floors SW. Amy and her team are amazing. She made the entire process stress-free. She fully explained what needed to be done, addressed all of our questions and concerns, and patiently assisted in choosing the best floor for our needs. The wait time for installation was quite minimal. We took a risk in not being in town during installation. Amy was at the job each day, calling and face-timing with updates. Think old school work ethic. The customer comes first with this company. Amy is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and so easy to work with. My tiles were lifting up and she knew exactly how to fix them. Not to mention calm me down. I highly recommend Florida Floors, they go above and beyond. Five stars are not enough!

We took Amy though the house to show her what we wanted to do which was to replace the existing ceramic tiles with vinyl laminate. 1st off because there were no cracks or hollow spots, she said there is no need to go through the cost and mess of removing tiles. The laminate can go on top. Brilliant. 2nd, she showed us how a previous company had been sloppy with installation by having too many of one shade in the same area and not scattered. She said, we”ll fix that at no additional costs”. The end results are beautiful new floors, an 8 year old house that looks brand new and delighted homeowners. Thank you Amy. We wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
