We finally found a company who could help us with the unique garage door setup our house in The Villages creates. Ray didn't hesitate when I showed him our dual garage/screen door scenario. He understood the design and gave me several options to fix our garage door. I am so thankful that our neighbor recommended them. Ray was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service when I spoke to support. I'm sorry I forgot her name 😔 but Aaron the technician came out to give me a quote. He was excellent as well. Very informative, easy to talk to, professional and punctual! The price was reasonable and I know we will be purchasing our garage door very soon! Thank you we really need to update our home. I am recommending anyone to this company.

I highly recommend Florida Garage Door Pros. Derek Wallman was the tech. He was professional, knowledgeable & courteous. I had to replace my MVP garage door opener as the door was sticking at the bottom. I thought it would be a simple fix. Unfortunately, MVP is discontinued and the company (ALLSTAR) is out of business. The belt was worn & slipping and could not be replaced. I was very impressed with Derek as he took the time to prove this me & that this was the cause of the malfunction. Derek provided me with options for replacement. He was very understanding of my hesitation & mistrust in going this route without time to do any research. Florida Garage Door Pros is an excellent, customer focused company. They gave me a great deal on the installation of new garage door springs. The tech, Wayne was at my location when they promised and he was very knowledgeable and personable. He replaced the broken springs without a problem. I would recommend this company!

Rob the technician showed up ahead of the schedule time. He first called to make sure it was ok to come earlier. He inspected my garage door issues. He took the time needed to show me each of the deficiencies. He then gave me the estimate, not just one estimate, but a few estimates. We found the perfect one to fit my budget. Rob did not force anything on me which made me feel more comfortable. He was very efficient, professional, trustworthy, honest, friendly, and always smiling. What an AWESOME employee you have! After he fixed all of the issues, he went over every single thing in his explanation of showing me how it all works. I had several safety issues with my old system, not anymore. He explained the outstanding warranty with my new system. I cannot even hear my garage door going up
