I called on a Saturday lost my hot water..gas Other companies wanted to just replace the entire thing...Rick came out in about an hour. He determined it was still under warranty and its the valve. We got one sent overnight and Rick offered to come to install it the day it arrived....I was off work the next day...he said call me tomorrow then when I'm ready...I did he showed up an hour later..
