I first crossed paths with Adam on a Florida project while working at a former company years ago. Adam’s attention to detail and quality of work is something that stood out to me. Fast forward years later and Florida lock doctor has become our go to company for Florida. If you want the job done right the first time at a fair price Adam is your guy.

Unfortunately I did not have the positive experience that others reported. I sent a request for service through their web site the evening before so that I could get a call and they would already have the address etc. I recieved no call from the request so I called their number on Busch Blvd about 10:30 and received voicemail. Left a message with my information and number but never received a return phone call from that either. I contacted Bay Locksmith and he fixed my lock and still no call from Florida Lock Doctor. Maybe they are really good if you can figure out how to speak to them and order service.

We had a great experience with Adam, who came over and changed all of the locks on our house right after we closed. He was happy to come out and deal with an issue that occurred a few days after his work (a mechanical problem with the knob not related to what he had done). Adam clearly takes pride in the quality of his work and pleasing his customers. As a bonus, he's a super cool guy to talk to as well!

My wife and I can't begin to thank Adam enough. God bless our son, but he's lost and replaced enough keys for everyone in the neighborhood to have their own key. Thankfully, Adam was able to assist us with not just new keys, but also a new way to enter our house without the fear of him losing keys.
